All Seasons Travel. Has anyone ever used them?

cinderella123:

Do you have their web address someone at work just asked me if I knew what it was? I have read previous posts that people were pleased using them.

Just booked this week with allseastravel.com. Sandie is great and gave us prompt curteous service. They also had the best price!!

We also booked through All Seasons Travel for our upcoming Magic 8/9 cruise and they have been absolutely wonderful. They are so nice and respond quickly to any questions you may have. Also, I can't understand why people go directly through Disney when All Seasons was about $1,800 cheaper for our family of 4. That is quite a difference!

Why do you think they are so much cheaper? Did you find any difference between what DCL reservations offered? That is a big difference and I would switch for that amount.

There are a number of long threads on All Seasons as well as why they and others like D.U. have lower prices than DCL but the big thing is they buy blocks in bulk, and as soon as they become available.
We booked onboard and then switched to All Seasons. Big savings along with a nice gift and very decent folks to talk with. Chuck the owner is so down to earth and very helpful. The office staff I've spoken with are always good and get back to you.
We book onboard (get the $200 onboard credit) and then switch to All Seasons.
The difference in price IS worth the change, plus they are a very good and approachable group of people imho.
Cheers,

We also booked our second cruise through All Seasons Travel.

They have been very helpful with any questions I have had, and answered everything quickly (unlike AAA on our last cruise).

I was hesitant at first to book online with a travel agency, but they have been great! I have even spoken with Chuck the owner and he was really nice.

You can't beat the price!! We saved a lot since we were booking three cabins.

There is another thread about this too - try to do a search, if it is working.

I had originally booked with AAA. Got tired of their service and never returning calls. So I read about all seasons travel and got a price from them. They were cheaper than AAA and I've gotten much better service too.
I also booked with Sandie.

I too was VERY hesitant to book with them since I thought they were an internet ta. But come to find out, they do have a travel agency that you could just go into. A little far for me, but reassuring.
I too spoke with the owner..a very nice guy.
So if you could save some money booking with them, do it! Don't we all love to save money.

Lyn,

Its just about buying the rooms in bulk. I did not know about them and called DCL direct, I had a long talk with a very nice DCL person and asked everything - any specials, etc. Basically there were none. Then I found the All Seasons website and couldn't even believe the difference. It was a difference in booking cat. 9 to cat. 6. All Seasons also sends out an additional packet along with the DCL documents with helpful hints as so on. Sometimes I just send them an e-mail with a question and get a response very quickly as well. On their website it says that they book more DCL cruises then anyone else (next to Disney of course). Because of the amount of business they do with DCL, they have good communication with them consistently and are able to get answers for you quickly.

I have to say I feel a bit guilty about posting this when DU is kind enough to host this great website. I'm sure they are able to offer good deals as well.

Good Luck!

Just wanted to add my own experience to this thread!

I've been gathering price quotes for the last couple of weeks. Initially we were going to do a 4 night cruise in July, but recently changed to a 7 night in August (2004). So far I have price quotes from 3 places: All Seasons, Cruise Value Center, and Family Cruise Discounts. They are all very close in price, but so far All Seasons is the lowest. I also asked them several questions such as additional fees if we had to change or cancel the cruise. Cruise Value charges $50 per person if you cancel, even if its way before the usual 60 day point. They do issue you a certificate to be used at another time though, for that same amount. But All Seas does not impose their own fee at all, which I like. Also, with Cruise Value, once you book the cruise, that is the price you will pay, for better or worse. With All Seasons, if a special comes up from Disney or any other discount, they WILL apply that to your cruise to get you the lower price, no matter what.

One more thing: I spoke with Patrick at All Seasons today. I told him I was a little hesitant dealing with a travel agent that's so far away. He was very understanding, and gave me Disney Cruise Lines "top bookings" phone number. I called, and it was definitely an official DCL phone number and she told me that they deal with All Seasons on a daily basis and they are very reputable. She also mentioned Dreams Unlimited as being very reputable. Currently I have a quote request in to DU, waiting to hear back soon.

Anyway, just thought I'd share this with all of you who may be hesitant to book a Disney cruise with either of these companies. I will choose either All Seasons OR Dreams Unlimited, based on the better price. :)
