Hi All--

Still trying to figure out where to get the lowest quote for the 4 day we are considering. We've ALWAYS used DU in the past but I was shocked when I checked all seasons site and their prices were so much lower. I always thought Dreams had the best prices. How is their service and should I make the switch??--The only reason I'm considering it is that the last time we used DU I don't feel we got as good as service as I expected---nothing major just some minor issues but I guess I just did'nt get the service I expected---We've used them in the past and I'm not saying they are bad or anything---they've actually been really helpful in alot of situations but if the lower price by $288 thru All Seasons is worth it for their service I will definitely go that route. I just get nervous trying new companies and I know without a doubt that I will get fairly good service and all the loose ends taken care of with Dreams---I guess I know I can trust them and I don't know anything about All Seasons and how they handle things. What would you do???? Thanks for all your help!!:D

We have previously used DU, but are using all seas this time--our cruise is this Sat. We switched because the price was better. I have been very satisfied with them. There was a delay receiving our documents-something on Disney's end, and they stayed on top of it and had the docs sent directly to us to speed things up. Only negative there is that we missed out on the KTTW holder everyone says they send with docs, I think I'll live though. The owner is wonderful and I felt for the service and savings we made the right choice.

All Seasons is great. The staff is, to us a DCL word " excellent", & Chuck Maida the owner is very involved. Look at some past posts & I think you will see All Seasons comes highly recomended!

Sometimes you do get what you pay for, but All Seasons has awesome customer service!!

Don't be nervous about using AS, they are reputable & do great work!!!!

We used Allseas for our first cruise this past January and had no problems at all and they had the best price. For our up coming cruise January 05 we got the best price from DU. I would go with either one depending on the price.

They both seem like great companies. I have used DU 4 times for travel and was happy with them but this time money talks and All Seasons was 600 cheaper so I did have to go with them. So far I am pleased I will see how smoothly everything else goes

We love Allseas! We haven't used DU but will do our shopping for furture cruises between the two.

We used AllSeas for our May 8th cruise and I was very happy with our package and price as compared to elsewhere. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if we were to ever go on another Disney Cruise, which is highly unlikely.

Booked with Allseas for our upcoming trip and I've been pleasantly surprised about their service. I assumed I would not be 100% satisfied considering all the money I was saving, but I was completely wrong. I've called multiple times with questions, each time I the phone call was answered promptly and my questions were pleasantly answered.

I even received email from Chuck, the owner, in response to a question I posted on these boards ... GREAT SERVICE. You won't be disappointed.

Well good luck with Allseas. I've tried twice to get quotes from them and they've never gotten back to me. Then a week or so ago I called and left a message for a specific agent regarding a cabin a DIS board member was going to be releasing that I was interested in. She also never called me back.

We booked our first cruise with All Seasons and I, too, was a little nervous having never worked with a travel agency before. We cruised just last month and everything went very well. I booked in Oct 2003 and they promptly answered all my questions and were very helpful in the planning stages. (I was planning to book the family suite but at their recommendation, we booked 2 connecting rooms. Saved money and had more space!).

I had also read about the KTTW card holders that they send with the cruise documents. When we didn't receive any withour documents, I called and was told they don't do that anymore but there would be another surprise. When we first went to our staterooms, there were TWO Disney cruise line memory boxes waiting for us! (one for each room even though we were the same family in both rooms!). Much better than any KTTW card holder, IMHO! Especially since I bought generic card holders with a lanyard at WlaMart for $.97 and let the kids decorate them with Disney stickers.

We are booking a 50th anniversary cruise for my in-laws for 21 family members and are using All Seasons again!

Can't beat their prices!:wave2:

As far as them not returning messages, I never had this problem because a live person answered the phone every time I called.

Another thumbs up for All Seas here!!!

We were also concerned when we booked our May 1st cruise through all seas since we had not heard of them before. They are excellent and very friendly. They even had gifts delivered to our stateroom! We would/will use them again in the future!

I haven't booked through DU, but we did get a price quote and their staff seems great as well, but All seas came in with the better deal.

Would dreams unlimited "price match"? If you really wanted to continue with that organization but could prove that another company offered you the same category at a different rate would they be willing to honor it?

I've never tried it, just seemed like it might work.

We booked with AllSeas.. the savings was considerable so that is why we went with them instead of DU. They have always been quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and the paperwork was received ASAP (after deposit was paid it was received within a couple of days!).

I have called since then to ask some questions... my agent (Sandy) either answers the phone or comes to it quickly ... I'm not on hold for long periods of time nor do I have to wait for a call back. Does she work all day every day? I dunno.... but sure seems like it sometimes. LOL (I'm sure she doesn't really- just a coincidence she's always there when I call I guess...)

So far I haven't read anything negative about their service- so I am sure it will continue the same until we actually go on our cruise. :)

After all this talk of All Seas being cheaper than Dreams I decided to double check their price with my current Dreams Res. for 9/24/05 Western.
Dreams Price Quote Shows higher than All Seas but that is before the $200 rebate. After rebate they are $5 cheaper than the quote frm All Seas, So I am staying with Dreams.
Just thought it odd that some of you are getting qoutes from them so much cheaper.

Thanks for all the replies so far.

We're still not sure what we are going to do. I just figured out today that the quote we got from allseas is'nt actually saving us a much as I thought:( It just came to me today that the quote that we got from DU had the insurance and transfers included in the quote and the quote from AllSeas ---as I found out today by callling and confirming DOES Not include neither of those. soooo if we add those on to the AllSeas quote we will really only be saving around $45:( I was really excited that we were going to be saving so much with AllSeas but those of you comparing just make sure you don't forget to check and see if they are giving you a quote with the insurance and transfers if you want it.

I also checked Mouseearvacations because of what some here had said about getting an even cheaper price and the prices that they quoted me were even higher than Allseas and also did'nt include the insurance or transfers.

Oh Well, the price that we were quoted from DU and AllSeas were both fairly good rates I think for the time of year but I'm just disappointed that it is'nt as much as I thought we would be saving.
