hehe i picked tall, facial hair/chest hair not rich and skinny. buff guys scare me i like to be in charge

The perfect man only takes two words for me to describe: Jody and mine. He's not what most women would dream of: He's about 5'10", 160, long brown hair, beard (kind of scruffy looking), has a big nose, is about 15 years older than me, and is not rich. But, he's a "bad boy" who can be really sweet and devoted to his family, sexy, a good pool player and a great fisherman, very philosophical, the funniest person I know, and a best friend. He and I were together for about three months six months ago and we broke up for various reasons (mainly because he thought he didn't want a relationship because someone had left him pretty well scarred.) We're starting to drift together again and he's so much more serious than he was before. We talk every afternoon and he would prefer it be at least twice a day

Hmmm...I didn't pick tall or short, as long as things are where they should be then I'm ok with either. Dark, buff, chest hair - but I only want a spattering, not a wooly mammoth and it CAN'T travel to his back, rich so I don't have to be like Britney and support him.

I really want him to have some nice muscular legs too. The arms aren't that important as long as they're not grandpa flabby arms, but the legs are mandatory. Plus he needs a butt, something with some substance and not a pancake butt. OH - and absolutely no butt cheek hair .

I would also like to order a good sense of humor, some sensitivity but not so sensitive that he can't take sarcasm, the loyalty of a Golden Retriever (but again, not the butt of one), some handy man skills - he doesn't need to be able to build a mall with his bare hands but SOME skills, lots of patience and tolerence mixed with an even temper. Not feminine, but not oozing macho testosterone either - manly but not macho.

Oh, oh - I would also like a pretty good shoulder to waist ratio. I like that tapering down to a round squeezable butt from wide shoulders.

Sigh. For a second I forgot this was make believe. What a bummer. There should be a place like Blockbuster where you could just order one that you like and return him in a couple days for another.

Thanks for the responses guys! I guess the expression "tall dark and handsome" is not a stereotype!

I know I missed alot, but there are only 12 options available on these surveys, and I'm talking more shallow, physical attributes. Like, when you pick up a magazine and go, "wow that guy's hot!". (his sense of humor and intelligence can't be seen on the page, but you still are attracted. Maybe once he opens his mouth you'd be turned off.)

I've had a crush on this Italian actor for awhile. I only know what he looks like, having only seen him in films. He coule be stupid and humorless for all I know, he's just fun to look at!!! (he's short, dark, and not real buff, but he's just so good looking).

Gee, if guys talked like that I'd be shocked!!! I'm sure that guys are just into our personalities and ...our souls.

Seriously, we all know that people are attractive to attractive people. I think what would be disappointing if men did start the conversation, and were just really honest, and we started hammering them for it.

Hey they can be as pretty as can be and still do all that. Heck I don't have to marry them either. That list actually came to mind because of my cousin of all things. He is staying with us to do some renovations on our house and he and I went to Home Depot two times to pick up stuff. The first time we went we got two gallons of paint and some trim for the kitchen. I went to help him take the stuff out of his truck and he took it from me and carried it all by himself. Nice to not have to do that all on my own for once, I am the one who does all the heavy lifting in my house, my DM claims she is too old (when I am in the house, if I'm not there she manages just fine)
