I'm so jealous! Not about the warmer weather but your trip to Disney! We decided to cancel ours due to the increasing Covid cases and the flights being cancelled everywhere. DH is immune compromised and doesn't even want me to travel in case I bring it back to him.

Kathy: sorry about your trip, but I think it’s a smart decision. I moved our February trip to November a couple of months ago. Feeling really good about that decision now!

Christmas didn’t end in my family until January 6th. We called it Little Christmas and always got something small, like a pair of socks. My Christmas pictures will end on the 6th also.

MINE TOO! We'll actually have our last Christmas gathering on the 7th this year...youngest DD and her husband were off on a winter vacation the last week in December!

I have always told my husband that the tree doesn't come down until the 6th. Tomorrow is the day.

Thanks for your thoughts! It's probably for the best in many ways but still it's the first Disney trip we've ever cancelled. And given that we've also cancelled so many other trips in the past two years it's hard to imagine being able to travel again. We've even gone back to ordering groceries online for pickup so it feels like we're back in winter 20-21. I guess I gotta have some faith and hope that things will get better.
