What parade is this? When should we expect to catch it during the week of July 4th? Thanks!

Thanks! This is the Enchanted Adventures Parade, which runs during the Pirates & Princess Party - a hard ticket event at the Magic Kingdom on select nights in select seasons. I don't believe there are any of these parties scheduled for July. Although, I'd keep my eye out on the schedule, they've been throwing these parties in on random dates. I'd doubt they'd have one in such a busy season though...
