Erica doesn't need workers anymore? When's the last time you saw her hire someone since Josh???...okay, wait a minute....ifin ya got's at least 5 minutes of medical/nurse training, you CAN become a Doctor/Nurse at the hospital they are still hiring I reckon...other than that...THERE ARE NO OTHER JOBS IN TOWN THAT HIRE,...not Chandler Enterprises, no restaurants, bars, not Brooke's paper (when's the last time you saw her there since Edmund died?), not Opal, Courtland Enterprises....the way I see it, I just don't see that she had any other course

Seems Erica's cosmetic company has dissappeared with Fusion around. They used to be in competition..now she has reinvented herself as a TV star.
I was wondering the same thing...I liked the magazine that Brooke and Edmund had..and you hear nothing about it anymore. Not that much with Brooke with anything. She also ran the homeless shelter..guess everyone found a home in Pine Valley..or likely they moved out because the storylines were so ridiculously out there and take FOREVER to resolve.

Erica is terrified that Kendall is still keeping Madden on as her Dr. So she poisons the guy..instead of telling her daughter that the guy is a creep?...Come on...? How can she bare to know he so much as touches her daughter..I think you'd run to the police. Who the hell cares if Josh finds out..he tried to poison her. Which by the way...to me was not entirely clear. All of a sudden he wanted her job so he would poison her??? Then just as quickly realizes he is "called" to be a Doctor...how convenient. These people change jobs overnight.
Why is it that Josh hates his father so much...that also has never been made clear to me..or I missed something. He has this real chip on his shoulder toward the father(until very recently)...and I never got WHY?

I was good (or some would say bad) and I did not watch our show once last week - I do plan on watching the last 10 mins or so of Friday's episode so I can see Tad/Dixie. (is that how it ended or do I need to watch more than 10 mins?).


Anyways . . . . Happy Easter. (if you pray before dinner would you mind throwing in a good thought/prayer for our troops? I would so appreciate it!!)

SPOILERS FOR THE WEEK OF APRIL 17TH


Tad is utterly shocked when he finds Dixie alive and having dinner with David.

David flies into a rage and destroys the cabin once Tad and Dixie go outside to talk.

Tad accuses Dixie of keeping the fact that she was alive from him so that she could carry on with David.

Tad walks away from Dixie but not before telling her that she is still dead to him.

Di's apologies fall on deaf ears when Tad walks away from her after admitting she knew Dixie was alive all along.

Krystal and Adam are stunned when Dixie arrives at the mansion alive and well and asking to see JR.

Adam does his best to convince everyone to keep the news of Dixie's sudden resurrection, away from JR.

Erica's taunting sets Greg up for another cardiac episode.

Zach and Kendall are taken aback when Lily tells them that she overheard Erica tell Tad that Greg stole her baby.

Zach tries to warn Kendall of what she is up against with Dr. Madden but she refuses to listen.

Kendall takes Dr. Madden's advice and prepares to go off to a special island he recommends where she will get the rest and relaxation she needs.

When Ryan and Zach are unable to locate Kendall, they demand to know her whereabouts from Greg who lies and tells them he has no idea where she is.

Greg turns the tables on Erica when she gives him an ultimatum.

Babe visits Janet in an attempt to set her straight on things.

Lily asks Zach to help her run away.

Amanda apologizes to Jonathan for the terrible things that Janet did and offers to help in any way she can.

Julia sees a softer side to Josh.

David pushes Jamie and JR to the brink with his insistence that Dixie is truly alive.

Adam tells Dixie to leave town if she cares anything about JR's happiness.



SNEAK PEEK AT NEXT WEEK

Greg continues to play everyone in town.

Erica is sick with worry over the fact that Kendall is missing.

JR and Dixie come face to face.

Janet continues to plant doubts about Babe in JR's head.

I agree they were pretty disgusting, but I'd rather see happy drooling JR, than the JR with the furrowed brow and angry look we saw for sooooooooooooooooo long. I bet he goes home with a lot less headaches now, it must have taken a lot of work to look that angry all the time.

That would get her away from him...? Also for the life of me ..I don't understand why it was that Josh tried to get Erica's job and drug her. He is just ambitious...and that's normal? He is so ambitious and wants her job so much so that the second he is offered a job at the hospital he takes that?...Wierd. This whole story was lame from the start and keeps getting stranger.
I thought the flash backs of Tad and Dixie were great. Anyone notice the old Ruth in the background...wonder what happened to her?

Ruth died some time ago---they did an episode remembering her. Very sweet. I am sick of the walking embryo story. It's bad enought that she didn't telll Jack (who is going to divorce her when he finds out), but not to tell Kendall is the most ubsurd idea ever--of course, any normal person would have told Kendall to protect their daughter and grandbaby. I hope they move on from this soon.

Are you sure you aren't thinking of Ruth Warrick who played Phoebe since day one? I hadn't heard that either the character of Ruth Martin or the woman who played her died. Usually they say she's working or off on some medical charity trip like Doctors Without Borders.

As far as the story..is Ruth dead or alive. They don't mention her ever. Remember the Thanksgivings at the Martin home?...Think I've been under a rock about Ruth.

I totally agree about Erica telling Kendall...you'd think she would have ran to her with this information! A mother would want to protect her child from this evil embryo stealing lunatic!...and then have the crackpot put in jail! But noo....Erica will just POISON him instead. Now, that's the way to go. It's such a stupid story..I also hope they move it along...it is really in such poor taste..even for a soap!
