Aw..you guys look so good all dressed up! I don't know if you mentioned this, but did you use any of the pics for your Christmas cards?

I think Im gonna take the GPS back and get a refund...for real. I had a garmin but it got stolen, so I rushed out and bought this tom tom on black friday- and I really do not like it.
I am soo bad at finding the hidden mickeys, but Javen is very good at it..I bet he spotted 20 of those things with out even looking.

I just love the WL...your trip report is going to make me sad as I was at the WL this time last year.

The lobby & christmas tree is just breathtaking.

I wasnt planning on doing a update today, but I have had a TERRIABLE day so I thought posting a update might put me in a better mood...so lets go....

I had made a ADR at WCC for 5PM in hopes that we would get out photoshoot done and just head streight to dinner...well, I had forgot that I got to pick out 7 5X7's to have printed with the photoshoot package. This took me awile..there were soo many good ones to choose from.
In the mean time Bri and her family had come over from MK and were going to join us for our first Disney dinner. I sent her to check us in while I sorted thru a ton of pictures. After reaching a decsion on pics I made my way to WCC (the boys went upstairs and got changed out of there WONDERFUL dress clothes-booooo).
We were seated right away, and dinner was delish. This is my dad explaining that we were dumb for all ordering the skillet BECAUSE we only ended up using ONE skillet, but 4 of us ordered it. so even though they charged us 4 times they only USED one skillet. It did make sence AFTER the fact. lesson learned.

Poes Daughter (Kaylie) hardly ever talks..I mean REALLY. She only said liek 5 words to me the entire trip- She wasnt mean, or rude, just very shy. I did get a good pic of her at the table though.

Both of my boys had the bottemless milkshacks..they were so goooood.Yes I tryed some of Heaths.

Me and Heath- he felt much better getting out of his suit...

Dinner was geat and we did have a fun server...We will be back to WCC.
After Dinner Bri and Poe decided to head to DTD, while My dad, Becky and my family decided we would go to DHS (not our original plan)...I was amazed at the beautiful Trees and decorations in teh park...
First thing we dd was ride star tours..Okay so I was craking up thru the WHOLE THING...My dad has never been to disney, so this was his first ride....HE HAD HIS HANDS IN FACE THE WHOLE TIME! He was sick, he kept his eyes closed, and kept pulling his shirt up..I was CRACKIN UP..I asked why do you have your shirt up , and with his eyes closed he turns to me and says ITS SO HOT IN HERE..as we get jerked around. lol
we exited the ride and continued making fun of him for ...days!
One thing I had been dying to see was the osborn lights so we headed to the streets of america to catch a glimpse of the display....OMGosh...no words, or pics will ever do it justice.

I love that display. I would pay to get in just to see it again.

After that we decided to take my dad and a less "scary" ride..lol

He enjoyed this one alot more than star tours.
Here are my guys.....

the boys were dying to go on RNR and TOT so we headed over there...I was SOOO bummed that Javen could not ride....he was less than a inch to short.
Heath and Dane decided to go ahead and ride it. I took Jav over to ride TOT His favorite Ride ever.
We walked on and were out before Dane and Heath were...needless to say my dad and his wife skipped both of these.

He loved his new light up sword to- it was a must have.

Here I had Dane take a quick pic of me and the boys at Javens Favorite ride-TOT- oddly enough Heath WILL NOT ride this..he just wont get on it.

It was getting late so we decided to walk around, shop, a little, and head out. It had been a looong day of driving, pictures, dinner and taking dad on new rides..lol ; )

We stopped for a couple pics outside the park enterance by the georgous tree...

we grabbed a bus back to WL, and I snapped some pics of the tree in the lobby

I got the boys changed and put cartoons on...within a few minutes this was my sweet Javen....

I tryed to take a pic of our decorated balconey but it didnt turn out to good....

And while my babies drifted off to sleep Mickey -aka- ME decided to put there gifts out..what a great ending to our first day in Disney.

Hi Farrah,
Great start to your report. Wow what a long drive it takes us 10 hours and it is agony. Last 2 trips we flew and it was great to get there in less than 2 hours. Love your WL pics, just beautiful this time of year. We were supposed to stay there last week but switched to yacht club since it was the same price. Your photoshoot pics are beautiful! Think I will book it for June .. Osborne is just amazing isn't it, love your pics.

After a great first night in Disney, and the wilderness lodge I woke to hearing Dane playing Guitar out on the balconey at about 7AM. Yeah, he brought a guitar with him *insert rolling eyes here* lol
It wasnt long before my feet hit the floor and I was in the shower. After I got ready I got the boys ready-while Dane headed down to Roaring forks and grabbed cereal and milk (using snack credits). The boys ate that and we were out the door.
there was no one waiting for the DHS bus that morning. You would think with 300 plus people checking in the same day we did it would be busy, but suprisingly NO. It seemed abandoned most of the time.
We hoped on the bus hoping to make it to DHS for rope drop.

Heath took this one of me unexpectedly..

So I made him come and get a pic with me..

We arrived at DHS 10 minutes after park opening and we all ran to TSM to get fast passes...BUT as soon as we turned the corner to head to TSM ther it was..THE LINE! backed almost all the way up to little mermaid. I could not believe it, and this was just for fast passes. After a minute of discussion we decided to just get in line for the ride, as it would be just a long/quick. Sure enough we made the right choice. The line did start outside but it moved soo fast, they didnt have all the holding lines open inside so it made teh line outside appear very long.
The silly toy soldier was outside making little jokes...he was pretty funny.

We made our way inside and Ofcourse I snapped pictures..what else is there to do while we wait.

Dane made me take one of the moneys cause he used to play with them "all teh time" when he was little.....

Favorite part of the wait...

That ride is so, fun. I tryed like heck but still got beat by Dane and Heath. Ohwell maybe next time.

Javen was beggin us to take him to ride TOT- he LOVES that ride..did I mention this already. : )
So I took him to TOT, while Dane and Heath rode RNR.
We walked right on...I guess everyone was at TSM rather than at RNR and TOT.

When we were done there was no sign of Dane and Heath yet so we sat by the exit and had a yummy snack.

Then had a photo takin of us

When they got off RNR we had teh photopass person get a pic of all of us

Then Javen asked Dane to take him on TOT again! He agreed..so me and Heath walked around and shopped a little. Heath was jealous that Javen had a ice cream while he was on the ride, so I made sure to make it even (thank you snack credits).

While in the store (the jack skellington one..ya know right at the end of the street) I ran into Kristen, AKA Xoktenox from the boards. She was super nice, and I am so sad that I didnt think to get a picture with her. We chatted for a few moments and then parted ways.
I called Dane and he and Javen we out of TOT, and headed towards us. We met back up and were heading to ride star tours when we seen that Indiana jones was just starting to let people in-so we went in there to see a show that we have only seen once..2 years ago.
The boys were acting crazy, but I managed to get a picture ofthem before the show started.

We sat right up front..waaay different then being in the back row (like last time). I tryed to get some good pics of the verra handsome Indiana Jones, but he kept moving around. lol

Such a great show. I would NEVER EVER want to be one of the guest volunteers though, just not my thing.

After IJ, we rode star tours, and let Heath make a light sabor, oh and bought Javen a little toy he just had to have.
After that we were wanting to try something different so I got out my times guide and seen that the stunt car show was getting ready to start. We have always wanted to see this but miss it every year! We headed to the streets of america in hopes we will get some good seats even though it started in less than 15 minutes. On the way we spyed the power ranger car. Im kindof glad my boys are out of this phase. I want them to love mickey, but the power rangers-not so much.

After basiclly runningto get to the show I made the boys stop for this very quick pic- A FIRST for us!

We were seated in the middle section about half way up- pretty good seats in my opinion. The only thing that I could have done without was the rude people that were setting behind us. They kept talking through the whole thing, and the kids kept kicking me in my back. I didnt let it get to me though. I was happy to finally get to see the show.

As we were leaving my dad called and said they he and Becky just got out of American Idol, and were waiting for the block party bash to start. We told them to stay in front of AI and we would be right there.
We grabbed our spot for the parade (another first for us).
This was such a fun parade..all the interaction was GREAT. I wish the kids were more into it..I guess they are kind of shy when it comes to that stuff- like their mamma.

Woody came up and tryed to dance with the kids..there was NO WAY they would do it! However becky was soooo excited to be there- she had always dreamed of going to disney...so she volunteered....lol

Again, such a fun time. I loved doing a couple new things this afternoon. I was thrilled to see Becky get so into it.
After The parade we had a ADR at ANOTHER first place for us. WHERE, OH WHERE will it be???????

Hi Nichole. Yes 16 hours is KILLER. I really dont think I can do it again. Im to old to travel that far with kids. lol
How was teh Yacht club..I am wanting to stay somewhere new next year..I was thinking contemporary, but still not real sure.

The WL is gorgeoussssss, even not at Christmas time but more so at Christmas time. We love it there and hope to stay there next December! WCC is yummy too, you guys should try it out for breakfast one time too.
