What a great experience we had! Here is the rundown of it all...
Used the Disney Meal Plan and it was awesome dh was very impressed on how much we saved..
1st night there...made reservations before we left
Dinner at Chef Mickeys....buffet... dd 10yr old and I had glowing drinks included on the plan at Chef Mickeys. It was great tasting.. we both got the blue flavored one. Food was great! DH very impressed.. all of us ate off all the meal sections...including the kids section lol.. Highly recommended.Loved the mashed potatoes lol. The characters did alot of interaction.. had a blast and went back to the hotel full. bill came to 122.00 used our dining plan.. service for drink refills could have been faster had to ask for refills
2nd night..Hollywood and Vine- made reservations before we left
Again food was great, was told that the glowing drinks here were NOT included on the Disney Meal Plan package so did not get any... food was good, service was good.. not too impressed but all in all we would eat here again... Again all of us ate off all the buffets, did not limit ourselves. Cost would have been 110.00 for us
3rd night- attempted reservations for Chef Mickeys again that morning.. but was full instead was offered seats at 1900 Park Fare. I am so thrilled we did this one, the person who took our reservations asked if we were celebrating anything special and I told her well we are celebrating our dd's 10th bday even though it was June 25th. Not her fault we couldnt get vacation time then lol... soo now on with the show...
Characters were awesome! Prince Charming took dd by the hand helped her up from her seat and requested her arm for a picture
one of my favorites... Cinderella stopped by a few times also along with other characters.... then the surprise we did not expect
Fairy Godmother brought Jessica a tiara and placed it on her head (it had happy bday on it)while the characters came and sang Happy Birthday to her! we were so suprised on cloud 9
It was just awesome! The food was outstanding.. best we had yet... This is a must do for children and adults. I feel they really went out of the way for Jessica. Even on the dinning plan I tipped extra there. how could we not? It was truly magical
I know hubby who is hard to pleased was thrilled with this.. then to top off the dinner on the monorail the lady waiting for it to come in was talking to Jessica and J asked if she could sit upfront... the wonderful host made arrangements for her too and then poof she appeared and was our driver! When we got back to MK she gave Jessica a co pilots license for the monorail. what a way to end our trip... sigh.... I want to go back again... Thanks for the memories to all the people there! We will back 1900 Park Fare! price was about 140.00 for us here...
