Can you get a just a drink with the all day Dining? I am hoping to eat a meal for lunch and dinner and grab water or drinks after the hour delay.

Apparently the drinks are unlimited- no hour long delay. Meals are delayed an hour and you can go through once an hour as many times as you want.
