Chef Mickey's now has "brunch" that supposedly has lots of breakfast choices. I believe that lasts until 2:30pm. I know it's not the same, but it may be something! I have an ADR for "brunch" on my next trip.

It's a genius idea though. I would eat mickey waffles for dinner in a heartbeat!
