The seller returned the documents today, and the closing company told us they sent the documents to Disney for the final point search. What does this mean? I don't remember anyone mentioning this before. (I may have missed this totally. Now what happens?

When will I be able to see the points, and where do I "see" them at? I have heard people talking about being able to "see" their points. I am assuming online somewhere, but, where do I go to look for them?

Thank you so much for your help anyone! I know y'all have stuck with us through this whole thing. (Including all my whining!) It has been 2 months since we made our offer! Almost there!

They are asking Disney to confirm that the points as stated in your contract are in fact currently in the same status as represented, meaning, for example, that the seller hasn't recently done something, like sneak in another trip, to use up points. Likely they are also requesting Disney to provide any documentation it needs to provide for the closing such as the signed waiver of right of first refusal. That should be confirmed quickly. Once you are a member, you will have an on-line account with Disney that you can go to and see the current status of your points and any reservations you have made.

The average time to see your points is 60 days, start to finish.
