Great trip report, just got caught up and am subbing in!!!

A Segway tour is such a great gift.
I love the Toy Story decor.
Sci Fi looks like a fun place to eat. Can't wait to try it.
We had a similar situation with loading a WET group of people from Blizzard Beach last summer, and you're right, it smelled SO bad![]()
I love the hitchikers trying to hide! Sounds like a fun morning, but I agree with you about that ridiculous fast pass line for TSM. I just finished reading the first Kingdom Keepers, so One Man's Dream reminds me of the book now! Have you read it? Looks like your group got out of DHS just in time!
A Segway tour is a super cool gift!!!
Looks like you had a great morning at DHS, and you managed to fit a lot of fun into your morning there!
Great update again! I can't wait to hear all about what Bryan thought of the Segway tour. What an awesome gift! You got so much done before lunch. We love doing Sci Fi or 50's Prime time for lunch at HS. It is a nice break for sure. Glad to hear Eric was able to ride RNRC and in the front too. Your picture is funny and I make that face too during the take off
That stinks the bus stopped to pick up at Blizzard Beach. Looking forward to hearing about the french waiters!
No more Brigantine castle, burned down years ago. That haunted castle was one of the highlites of our trips to Brigantine. I do miss the island but now
have a new love in ocean city!! much more to do and so much more family oriented!!!![]()
Dontchya just LOVE having a car on property?! We are so spoiled with it now, that it's hard to be there without one!
Yes. it was super convienient!
Just loved seeing all of your 'dressed to impress' pictures... what a beautiful family!!
Thanks!!
And when you're in DisneyWorld, this somehow is actually enjoyable! Love that pixie-dust-filled-excitement!
It was cute, they were so happy to be together!
BOOOOOO! I'm so sad to hear that!
It's great that you had each other to laugh about it with. Good for you guys!
Glad to see Matthew participating still! Maybe it just took a while for the magic to take over!
YUUUUUUUMMMMMMYYYYYY!!!!!
iPhones....Love them....
She sure does! I'm very impressed that you have such mad skills with all boys in your house!
That's what happens when you grow up in a house full of sisters!
Since I just finished reading Lesley's Father's Day update, I have a good guess!
You go, girl!!
What a wonderful idea... I love that he got to share it with Tim, too!
Another cool idea!
This was probably a GREAT idea, since most people run to the FP machines first!
Ugh....
I love that part too! Hilarious!
For FAST PASSES?! WHAT?!! That is CRAZY!
Cute picture.... love how it captures that moment!
So after seeing the movie, I wonder how many kids are afraid of this guy? Interesting that they chose the villain to put in the space... maybe they could've put Barbie and Ken instead? How cool would that've been!?
Looks like the boys had a great time! Has Lesley ever ventured in here yet? I don't remember...
That is funny! We were hitch hikers on our last trip... I love how they are trying to escape the picture!
I think we've only seen the cowboy scene once... I agree with you about the gangster!

Oh, Diane... that is an AWESOME ride photo!!!
That is what our ride photo always looks like!
Yay Eric!! Such a big kid!
What a great idea for bryan's Father Day gift. I will have to read Lesley TR update in a min to see if he might have a partner in crime on the tour
Looks like you and the boys had a great day at DHS. Yay for Eric being tall enough now to go on RNRC![]()
Here you go! I hope I did it right!
The Darling Family June 2010 Trip Report: When are the Parents Showing Up?
Love the comments about how Bryan looks like a ghost with his sunblock not rubbed in! I love all the shots you got on an empty Main Street before and after your breakfast!
Thanks, his ghostly appearance was quite funny!!

Sorry about the mini-meltdown before Philharmagic. As others have said, we've all been there!
Love the boys haircuts and pixie dust!
Your Ohana dinner (and drinks) looked really good! Sorry the service disappointed. The family pics are beautiful!
I love how you all just made the best of a rainy night, and hung out having fun. Lauren's hair turned out adorable! And from what I saw in Lesley's report, it still looked good the next morning! I really wish I could french braid...
I can't wait to hear how Bryan liked the segway tour. DH did it in 2007 and absolutely loved it!
Thanks for all of the wonderful compliments!! I have 2 sisters and I was always braiding their hair and I just never lost the ability!!
Have you seen the movie yet? What do you think of your pics NOW?![]()
What an awesome gift for Father's Day.... can't wait to hear about that tour!
What a nice mom to go and take both kids to HS and get in the masses for TSM... it is insane isn't?
Hooray Eric for getting to ride RRC! I am glad he liked it, I worry because Hannah hates loud stuff, so that ride might be out for a while!
I hope to get to Sci-Fi soon, it has been a long time since I ate there, and the kids have never been!
It did rain rain go away... I hope you had a great pool time!
OMG the crowds were crazy at HS!!!I sure wish that they were still going to have the new drop sequences on TOT when we are there in Dec, but if I understand correctly it is only for the Summer nightastic right?
The Segway tour is such an awesome father's day present...your husband must have been pretty surprised on that one.
The line for TSM fastpasses is crazy... I can't believe anyone would actually wait in that.
Looking forward to your next update![]()
Great Father's Day gift...I'm afraid of the segways....I can just see me going head over tea kettle...not pretty. can't wait to hear how he liked it!
for Eric on RnRC...so glad he loved it...I must say I love the expression on your face in the picture!
We enjoy the ambience of Sci-Fi....we were hitchhikers last time![]()
Loved your last updates. Too bad about the poor service at O'Hana - at least you didn't let it ruin the meal.
Sounds like a jam-packed day at HS. I think Bryan's ghost has made a reappearance.
What a great Father's Day gift idea with that Segway tour. Way to go Diane!
Hmmmm.....hot French waiters - hurry up with that next update, would ya?And don't go skimpy on the photos!

Hi signing in and enjoying your trip report!
Great trip report, just got caught up and am subbing in!!!![]()
Well that does sound like a wonderful Father's day morning and how fun the Segway tour!! I bet he was excited! Seems like you got out of the park just in time with the rain, and that you were able to enjoy a lot at DHS! We really liked Sci Fi Dine-in too! Our first time there, I thought it was neat!
So sorry you has such terrible service at O'Hana but at least the food was still good. That was so nice of you to braid Lauren's hair, you did a great job!
What a great Father's Day present. Can't wait to see how Bryan liked the Segway tour! We loved it when we did it on our Dinseymoon.
Looks like a great morning in DHS. Glad Eric got to ride RNRC. Did he love it? Waiting for the front is always fun. Looking forward to reading more!
Can you post a link to your friend's thread? I can go back and catch up during the wait!
okey dokey...the Lesley/Diana TR'S
are soooooooooooooooooooo worth
the wait!!!!![]()
What a nice surprise for Brian for Father's day ! Can't wait to hear about the segway tour. Glad Eric enjoyed RNRRC ... that is one of my favorites too. I had to laugh when I saw your ride pic your face looks like mine usually does on roller coasters![]()
Awesome udpate!!! Can't wait for more!
Can you post a link to your friend's thread? I can go back and catch up during the wait!
I had been searching for this trip report and FINALLY, found it! I've been reading Lesley's TRs for a long time and when I read both of your TRs on the girls only trip, I knew I wanted to read both of your next reports but I couldn't find it. So glad I did!
You have such sweet looking boys - the picture of them, arm in arm, in front of the castle is precious! I cracked up at the sunscreen mishap but by far the funniest thing I have heard/read in a long time would be, "I just Horatioed in my pants!"
Thank you for sharing all these wonderful memories, Diane!

We LOVE doing that... so when the evening is over, we can leisurely stroll out the 'back' entrance! Our meal was at Chefs De France at Epcot, so we decided to drive our car to the Beach Club and walk from there!
I'm sure you've been told this many times, but I just love how Matthew looks just like you and Eric looks just like Bryan. So neat!!
It sure looked fabulous!! YUM!All of our food was delicious!
I'm usually a big fan of the waiters in Italy, but we ate at Chefs de France in November, and I think I'm leaning your way! I got my picture taken with our waiter.... such a doll! (And their French accents certainly help with the hotness, no?)The waiters in this restaurant were...let's just say...beautiful human specimens!
all they would say was it was "unscheduled maintenance"...that of course became a big joke and the kids were saying..."poop in the pool equals unscheduled maintenance"
So excited to hear about this day! Did Tim and/or Bryan take a camera with them?Bryan and Tim had their Segway tour in the morning and lesley and I wanted to be at Epcot for rope drop!
