We have a reservation for a one bedroom at Saratoga for Dec 4-9. Now I think my mom and dad want to come with us and I tried for a 2 bedroom anywhere!... None to be found... bummer....

We were put on a waiting list but I highly doubt it will come through....

Do you think it is possible?

Were you able to book a studio? I know a 1 bedroom and a studio costs more, but it's something to fall back on.

Sure - try that. You can still stay on the waitlist for a 2 bedroom, but if you can get the studio, at least you have a back up. And you can request that the studio/1 bedorom be "connecting", LOL!

I really appreciate the offer... I had made a ressie for my sister in-law over the summer. She went down with her daughter. The ressie came to my house but it was in her name and I just handed it over to her... She had no problems...

We tried in early June to get a two bedroom for mid October LAST year. We went on the wait list, but got nothing. So the four of us stayed in the one bedroom. The two bedroom would have been more comfortable. This might be a tough one to get. How about a studio for them?

Does anyone know how Saratoga resort is laid out... ? Are studios near the one bedrooms?

Tanya, the one bedrooms and the studios connect to make the lockoff. If you can get the studio, ask for it to be close to the one bedroom. Maybe you'll get lucky. Pray that Carmen is at the check-in desk. She got my reservations blocked so I didn't have to move from one studio to another (had a CRO reservation and a points reservation).

i have found that this year has been the hardest to get wait list it hasent come througth for us even our 2nd and 3rd choices havent come thougth think people have been waiting for the 50th

Well, I tried to get a studio @ either BCV or BWV for 10/16 - 10/21 exactly at the 7 month window (last March). I already had a OKW reservation. Couldn't get either of my 2 requests but moved to SSR to be close to DD. Got waitlisted for BCV or BWV, and I didn't think I would get either one because of food and wine festival at that time. Was very happy to get a BCV reservation in less than 2 weeks. Couldn't quite figure out who would cancel that far ahead, but I was very happy since I am taking my SIL who will love to be so close to Epcot (and the food & wine)!!

A very similar situation happened to me a few years ago. We booked a one bedroom for ourselves, and later added a studio for close friends. When we got to our rooms they were a lock off two bedroom! I would sugest getting a studio and request that it be close to the one bedroom and you may get lucky and the same thing might happen to you.

Did you ask about space at Old Key West? Maybe you can get the extra room there and get on a wait list for Saratoga Springs. The two resorts aren't that far apart. Just a thought.

Never give up hope about your waitlist!

We have been on a waitlist for BWV studio for our entire August 19-28th trip (right now we are staying at BWV studio for 2 nights, 1-bdrm at BWV for 4 nights, and studio at OKW for 3 nights b/c BWV did not have a studio for the whole week!)

I just got a call today (28 days out!) that the waitlist came through, and we were able to get a studio at BWV for the entire trip! Amazing! I was just starting to loose hope! So....you never know!?!? I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
