... or not

This was a few minutes after 8AM on Wednesday. One More Disney Day was not a "nightmare" all the time - or maybe at any time, depending on your perspective. Wednesday was a work-and-school day, and the crowds were admittedly larger than you would see on a normal midweek morning at this time of the year, but, as the photo suggests, not at all unpleasant.
These two appeared to be in a good mood:

I had never met these two friends. This friend of Hatter may be one I have seen in photos or videos elsewhere. I've never seen this friend of Alice. (From a photo in another thread here, I saw that Gingersnap was with Wendy.)
It was a better-than-ordinary morning and afternoon if you wanted to meet characters. For instance, literally within steps of each other to the left of the castle, you could see Cinderella with Fairy Godmother and Perla, Aurora, and Ariel. (Mary Poppins and Bert also made one appearance in that area)
One undeniable mistake Disney made was the taping of Modern Family on this special day. That was an unforced error.
What would happen when AP holders and other Disney fans ended their work or school day should have been entirely predictable (it was to me). I do wonder if Disney failed to take into account the fundamental difference between Disneyworld (a tourist destination) and Disneyland (also a place for locals to hang out) in planning One More Disney Day.
