Hi guys just read on www.dlrpmagic.com that the maze will be shut for the month of Sept for a rehab. I'm so glad it was in a bad way when I went two years ago!

We didn't get to go round it this time, when we finally decided to do it the queue (for most of Friday) was around 30 minutes long!

Kyra cried her eyes out when we on this back in January so im sure she wont be sad not to go on it lol.

I just told Robert this and he was gutted!! Alice in Wonderland is his favourite book/film.....

It is in need of a lick of paint though....

I was so surprised, my kids actually LOVED this when we were there in June. They were not pleased when me and oh didn't want to go back in there after the first go lol, hopefully this will make it better for us adults ;)

Oh no - that's one I wanted to do - do you think it will be open on 1st or 2nd October then? We leave for home on 2nd. My DD will be gutted - Alice is one of her fave films!

to be honest i really dont like it but i do agree it needs a little work on it,curious to see how it will be on my next visit tho :)

Finally!

This is one ride/attraction that we all need to be pleased with. Remember that no other Disney park in the world has this attraction!

Glad that Disney have finally found a some money to fix the problems, lets hope that as it's a month long closure that it will be a proper overhaul and not just a quick lick of paint.

Shame it wasn't done in time for the 15th but better late than never I guess.

ooh my dd loves Alice in Wonderland so hopefully it won't take any longer than the month to get it looking all shiney and new. I know it's not the best attraction but I just love the music and everything on the way round.

Wish you could also pick up Alice costumes for little ones easier than what I'm currently finding !!!

Nooooooooo!!!!!!! I was really excited to see this in Sept because i didnt get a chance to last time. Oh well I guess it needs a refurb and its an excuse to go back, so when i finally do see it- it'll look better.

We love this and even our friends son who was 15 when we went in January had fun. I must say i thought it was in better shape in January than it was in September 06 .
We watched Alice in wonderland on one of the disney channels last evening my daughter has been singing "Painting the roses red " all day.

"oh pardon me, but mister 3, why must you paint them red"

Ooops sorry, got a bit carried away there :flower3: :flower3:
