Hello everyone!
Need your help for my niece! She is being surprised with a 2 day trip to WDW in February and my sister-in-law is looking for an Alice in Wonderland costume. They are doing the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare and Alice is one of the characters. We were just at TDS and they were about $15 (and I had a 20% coupon), but they only had size 2/3. She would be either a 4 or 5. Does anyone know anywhere else I can find a costume in the $10-15 range? She bought the bow and shoes at TDS. I checked out disneyshopping.com, but no luck. Thank you!
Happy Thanksgiving!

I actually splurged and bought the costume before Halloween for my daughter for her Christmas present. She attended the Alice Tea Party and wanted an Alice dress. I could not find one anywhere. I have been looking since last February. When they were at TDS I had to grab it. She will have it for the Tea Party Dec 26 at the Grand Floridian.

If you can get them to phone around to see if they have one at another store I think that would be your best bet. They are a rare commodity indeed. I have my fingers cross that someone has had better luck and can help you.:ccat:

Thank you! Great idea. I forget that TDS can do that. They just found out that they are going, and she is recently into Alice. I bought my 2 year old the Alice costume today (size 2/3). Even though she doesn't know her, it is the cutest dress and she loves to play dress up. Great price too!

Just thought I should mention - the Alice dress is available at the resort, but MANY people find that the neck opening is too small for the average child's head. One customer of mine said she had to make a 2" cut down the back so her daughter could get the costume over her head. I tried to get one on my dd, and had the same problem. So although it is an ADORABLE costume, bring your scissors!

What is really funny, is my niece has the tiniest head!

I'm pretty sure it's $60.

Unless it's gone up in price from this past January, it was $45.00. It's not an actual costume though, as it's a dress. My daughter receives lots of compliments from people as it's not the usual costume material - it's very nice.

We love Alice over here - DD4 loves eating with Alice for breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, tea at GF, every character sighting, Alice themed 4th birthday a few months ago, and Alice for Halloween.

I just paid $11.99 for an Alice costume/dress for my daughter at the Disney Store. It is adorable. I got the headband for $2. I feel lucky! They only had size 2/3 thought.

Thank you for all of the replies! I am passing them along.
