Alice at Teacups

I have read that Alice is at the Teacups first thing at MK. Is this always the case or only on certain days (luck of the draw)? Thanks!

It's a scheduled event. It runs every day during our trip from 8:35 to 10:55 except when the park opens at 9 then it's 9:35 to 10:55.
