Alias...what happened?

I didn't catch Alias last week, can anyone please fill me in?

Not a regular viewer..so can't give you all the "proper names"..but I did see last week's enough to try and fill you in!
Sidney's boyfriend was being investigated by the organization they work for..they grilled Sidney and asked her to get a copy of his computer disk for him..but in the end she didn't do it..Sidney followed him one day and found him paying off a man and getting a large envelope..he finally told her that he was getting all kinds of information on her mother (I think her mother killed his mother/father?)..in the meantime they let her mother out of her cell to go on a mission with her father (of course they ended up in bed together in the hotel the night too..lol!)..they had to break in and get some old manuscript..and were supposed to bring it back..well Sidney's mother switched it and gave them just the empty cover..and she ended up with that old man who used to work for the agency..sorry..don't know his name..he picked her up in a van and drove away..the agency trailed her by helicopter and one of those mapping systems..but there was a switch made somewhere..and Sidney's mother and the old man are off and away..Sidney and her boyfriend are ok for the minute..that's about all I remember..hope this helps!

Also, Will had a dream that he spilled everything to Francie about Sidney being a CIA agent. Later, they showed Will in bed with fake Francie. She had hynotized him into giving her CIA secrets that he has learned due to his new job working with the CIA. Tonight's show is a rerun.
