Ali - the newest Bachelorette

Ali left the last Bachelor show to return to her job. She wanted to come back, but I think Jake turned her down (do I have that right?)

So she is going to be the next Bachelorette - she must have gotten her job situation resolved.

Starts May 24th.

Having the lead role probably pays better than just being one of the 25.

I didn't care for her much. I too thought she was fake, and I didn't quite buy the having to leave for my job. I thought maybe she saw what happened with Ed (with Jillian) and thought she could win that way. I thought she was mean in the house, then acted different with Jake. Not sure if I will watch it or not...probably will, cuz I'm a sucker. LOL

I'm sure I will watch it, but I really don't like her. I thought she was such a "Mean Girl" to Vienna. It seemed like just because she has a cute innocent look she got away with being so nasty. The commercials call her "america's new sweetheart". Ummmmm..... no.

I like Ali, though I did think the "have to leave for my job" thing was ridiculous and way over-scripted. I'm looking forward to watching.

I will not be watching. I remember how she was standing at the rose ceremony saying how she couldn't "believe" how Jake could keep Viena. She was very mean & catty. She is NOT America's sweatheart.

I thought she was a petulant brat. Woe to any man who displeases her. Oh, and she was a 'mean girl' too.

I'm glad to see that so many saw through her cutesy shtick. She is a QUINTESSENTIAL mean girl, and though I didn't care for Vienna, the way she (Ali) stirred the pot and acted in such disbelief that ANYBODY could possibly like Vienna while treating her like dirt was completely unbelievable. I loved how she (and ABC) tried to turn around her image at The Women Tell All, because it was just damage control to spin her as "America's Sweetheart". I don't think I've disliked a Bachelorette this much. So I won't be watching.
