Had a quick look round the Resort for the first time and it is beautiful. Maybe big but the resort was quiet. Boys like to do Seaworld as their first Park so we set off after having breakfast in the Villa. But first we had to swap cars at Discount Mobility. They had given us a huge van/bus type thing which I think was due to the late arrival of our flight. Luckily Hubby drives big vehicles otherwise I think we would have been struggling. It would have been too big for me. Headed off around for a 30 min distance and Hubby got lost (usual occurrence :rotfl: ) so took longer to get there. Changed over the vehicle to what was similar to the Grand Voyager here and headed off to Seaword.
No Disabled Parking spaces left :confused3 so we had a bit of a hike. A bit cloudy today so bit of dodging the rain and we just got into the Shamu stadium in time for a huge downpour.
The whales wouldn’t perform so the show was cancelled half way through and we then headed off to see the horses. There is now a wee donkey, which is every bit a clean and well groomed as the Clydesdales.

Worked our way through the sharks etc and headed out. Decided rather than go back home we would try and get dinner. We had never been passed the crossroads so we headed there and decided on The Chinese Buffet. It was okay, nice enough meal but wouldn’t go rushing back. Bill came to $160 and the toilets were yuk. Thats all I need to be put off. Only now realsied the Orlando Ale house is next door, would have liked to have tried that.

Headed back to SSR and Hubby and Craig went for a swim in the quiet pool. They were the only ones in the pool. Pool was just beautiful, just beautiful. David and I sat just past the pool looking onto DTD . There have lovely rocking chairs.

One tip though, and this wasn’t just at the Resort. Something was biting.

Sounds like you had a lovely day at Seaworld.
