Does anyone know if the restaurant that is taking over Alfredo's of 9/1 will take the DDP?

Forgive me if this is spelled wrong; Tuto Italia

Earlier today I was trying to make December ADRs for Alfredo's. The CM stated that it was closing, and that Tuto Italia would take over.
