Alfredo's One More Time!?

I know the food really stinks.....I know it is a has been but still after reading it is due to close I am thinking of going one more time just for the sake of nostalgia. March 23 will be our last time at Alfredos......it just holds so many memories from years gone by I think we should do it one more time.

I just ate there 2 weeks ago and it was very good, as was the time before in August. I'm going to miss it.

The one time we went, I was not very impressed. But I thought the history was so interesting. I'm sad it's closing and if I could, I'd go back there for one last time.

We haven't had a bad experience at Alfredo's. I say, go one more time. I love the fettucine alfredo!

Really can't say I'm going to miss it............We went there around 10 years ago, and I was not impressed, especially with the prices, 22 some dollars, then, for just spaghetti and meatballs, I don't think so. I'm willing to pay for a signature meal but sauce and 2 dollar noodles, no thanks. never made reservations again, just glanced down the alley.

Prices are fine....we lived in NYC & Boston so some of WDW food is actually a bargain for us.

I just ate there two weeks ago yesterday too, and it was really good. It was my DH's favorite meal of the whole trip.

We very much enjoyed Alfredo's last trip. In fact it was the best meal of the 9 days at WDW. We will be going back for one last fling on our April trip.

I grew up in an predominantly Italian town. The packed house and craziness is just normal conditons for eating Italian for me. The flavors of the food were outstanding in our eyes too. We'll miss the place.

I do understand how others may be underwhelmed by Alfredo's. Thank goodness Disney has 9 billion restaurants on their property. Something to make everyone happy.

I am making a special trip down to WDW in July for 2 last meals at Alfredos. it has always been my favorite restuarant at WDW and the fettuchini alfredo is to die for, IMHO. I am very saddened by the closure...I sure hope they put something good in to replace. I have always found the opinions on this restaurant to be extremely polorized. it seems there is no in-between...you either love it or hate it. As of now, I have eaten at Alfredos 8 times without a bad experience! I guess it is good everyone doesn't love it like me or it would be impossible to get a reservation!

My DH & I ate at Alfredo's in October & had a great experience. The food was really good & we enjoyed ourselves. Coming from Alaska, the prices at Alfredo's was similar to the prices we pay on a regular basis, so it wasn't much of a shock to pay $20 for fettucini or spaghetti. I'll miss it & was looking forward to eating there again in Oct.

I'm with you! I have always had good service and good food at Alfredo's. I shall morn its passing. We are having our last meal in May.
