(When I originally posted this I had Tony's instead of Alfredo's. :confused3 What can I say, it was late I was tired...hopefully now that we have the right restaurant maybe someone could help :) )

Does anyone happen to know the recipe for the Italian margarita at Alfredo's in Italy at Epcot? My hubby really enjoyed them and we wanted to go back to get the recipe when we we there last month but never made it. Heading back in December but that's too far off to wait. Or perhaps someone could tell me where we can obtain the exact recipe. We have other Italian-Rita recipes but they aren't the same as Alfredo's :sad2: TIA if anyone can help us find the recipe....but look out if we do
:drinking1 :drinking1 :drinking1 :drinking1 :drinking1 :rolleyes2
:headache:

If you've found that recipe we'd love it too!!!! We've tried mixing our own----but they;re not as good. Hope someone can share the recipe----we've been trying to copyit since out march trip :cool1:

my husband and I enjoyed these over lunch at Alfredo's last February...I remember that Grappa was one of the ingredients. Anyone know the rest? Thanks!

Alfredo's before I but I do know that many other places (usually Italian) that do offer an Italian Margarita usually add a shot of Amaretto to the usual magarite.
good luck!

If you email WDW from disneyworld.com webside, stating what you want, they will email you the recipe. good luck!

The Italian Margarita $8.95
Our popular frozen creation with lime, grappa and limoncello liqueur

I guess we could just keep tasting them till we figure out how much of each goes in the mix! ;)

We're heading back in March and we "Will" get the recipe. I will post the exact amounts when we return.

Here's the recipe I got from the bartender at Alfredo's
6oz margarita mix
1oz Julia grappa
1oz lemonchello
Mix and freeze

We did find that it makes a BIG difference if you use a different kind of grappa.
These are a huge hit at all our parties!
Enjoy!

What brand of margarita mix do you use? Can't wait to try these
