I booked Cp @ alfredos, I've seen alot of bad reviews, now I'm having second thoughts. Has anyone had a good meal? 2 adults 1 child, I was going to order the filet for my ds and then eat his child pasta. Just didn't want to pay for 3 adults. I'm a vegatarian, I'm afraid I will get meat in his sauce @ Leceillers. Any suggestions...thank you

I am not sure I understand. Did you book 2 adults and 1 child for the Candlelight Porcessional dinner package? Because for all 3 of you to get into the show you need 3 tickets. The package includes dinner for each person, so for you not to order would be a waste of your money.
If you are just going to the show with out the dinner package than not paying for the 3 of you to eat is fine. In other words if you are doing the package you need to pay for each of you to get in. I hope I am not confusing you.
As far as Alfredo's goes my DH and I have eaten there several times and have always had a good meal. Granted the North end in Boston is the best around but Alfredo's is good.:) :)

We had dinner there and it was so so.... nothing spectacular but it wasn't bad either. I had the fetuccine alfredo and I have had better. My husband had the veal and he said the same thing. I think also the set up was bad. All of the tables are squished together so you are THISCLOSE to the person next to you which was kind of a mood buster. It was nice to experience it but we will not be going back.

I have ate there twice, and enjoyed both meals. :) The first time they weren't busy, so we weren't too close to other parties. The second time we had people seated around us - it wasn't too bad.

The food is pretty good. I like the meat and cheese appetizer (I think it's around $24) - it has different imported sliced meats and cheeses. They also have good appetizer pizzas. The fetuccine alfredo was pretty good as well.

I'd rather gnaw my own leg off than eat at Afredo's

my FH and i chose alfredo's for our wedding night dinner. we were originally going to get married at the venetian in las vegas but couldn't pass up on the deal we got for disney instead! we still wanted that "italian" type theme somehow on our wedding day. i've seen lots of bad reviews too, but i've seen many good ones as well! we've decided to keep our PS and form our own opinion of the restaurant. we're social people so sitting in such close proximity to others won't bother us...and if the food's terrible, oh well! but i would suggest finding out for yourself to see if you'd like it or not...i would've missed out on a lot of good restaurants had i listened to the general opinion that said some place was nasty!! good luck!!

We ate there in July and really liked the food. My 11 year old DS is also a vegetarian (actually a "starchatarian since he doesn't eat lots of vegetables) and he had the alfredo which was wonderful. My husband and I split a lasagna, spaghetti and something else platter and enjoyed that. My 12 DD had pizza and said it was ok.

We have eaten there before and really enjoyed the food and experience. Our waiter was wonderful! My DD didn't like the spaghetti (not as good as Mom's of course) so she feasted on my fettucini. Now she only orders fettucini, and we will probably share this time, as it was a PILE of food. I made PS ressies there for my b-day. I hope we will like it just as well this time.

I don't know how the tradition started but we eat at Alfredo's at least once every trip.

We love the food. And try to go at off times to avoid the big meal rush. It can get a bit crowded.

Hubby is a vegetarian and has never had any problems. We took family to Alfredo's in 2000. 6 people, 3 of them vegetarians, our waiter was wonderful and made some subsitutions for a couple members of our party.

Enjoy!

Thank you for all the replies..I appreciate it. I think I will keep the p.s. and we hope everything will be fine. We have italian restaurants around here with close seating so I'm used to that. Does anyone know if they have the strolling violinists?

SamanthL: Yes I ordered 2 adult & 1Child candle package. My son didn't like anything off the child menu, so to get my $40 worth I figured he would eat half the filet my dd would help him finish. She likes to eat. I can order pasta off the kids menu. Otherwise I would be ordering eggplant from the adult menu which only costs$15, not quite worth the $40 ticket price.

melgrek- I get it now!!:o You will order the kids meal and your DD can have the adult meal. I couldn't figure out why you would pay for 3 people and only get 2 meals. Maybe you could ask for a kids portion of eggplant. In my experience most of the places at WDW are very accomodating. It's worth a try;)
