Alfredo Sauce
Hollywood and Vine - MGM
1 1/2 T. garlic
2 oz. margarine
1 pt. heavy cream
1 pt. milk
2 oz. flour
2 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 oz. Asiago cheese
1/4 t. ground white pepper
1 t. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Melt margarine. Add garlic and saute. Do not brown. Add flour, cook over low heat for 10 minutes to make a Roux. Add cream and milk and bring to a simmer. Whisk in cheeses and seasonings. Add more salt and cheese if needed.
