Saw this movie today and almost fell asleep!

A talented cast of actors, but did not like the script at all.

Anyone else see it?

Yep, Rob Reiner directed the movie and had a bit part, too.

He looks SO good. He's lost a lot of weight.

I saw the movie last night with a friend, and yes, I must agree, it was a sleeper. Okay, the first half was really slow moving, it got a bit better but was lacking so many good elements to make a great film. But I did like the way it turned out in the end. I hate when movies stay fixed on one set and the characters don't really seem to get out much. Booooooring!

This review put it well: "A harrowing experience, part watching paint dry, part having your eyes poked out with a sharpened pencil."

I was looking forward to it cause I think Kate Hudson is so cute and it trailers looked good. But, Roeper and Ebert gave it 2 thumbs down on their show tonight and now you guys are saying it's boring. I think I will pass on seeing it. Thanks for the heads up

Hubby and I know that the movies that get the worst reviews are the ones we'll enjoy the most! Saw Drowning Mona last night and it had terrible reviews. Now we can't wait to see Alex and Emma!!! LOL LOL

I read a bad review the other day and I thought it was just the critic but thanks for the heads up. I'll just wait and rent it on Netflix when it comes out on DVD.
