After checking in early at Yacht Club, we decided to go to the lounge. I have read somewhere online that they don't start serving food until after 4 PM, but that isn't the case. The CM/waiter told us they start at opening.
We wanted a light lunch as Flying Fish was our dinner reservation that night. We got the buffalo cauliflower and the rolls with bacon jam, citrus butter and cheese spread.
The cauliflower was crispy on the outside and the blue cheese with the buffalo sauce was not too spicy. The rolls were spectacular and were used not only with the accompaniments, but also in dipping into the buffalo sauce. We ended up taking some of the rolls/spreads back to the room. This was an excellent light lunch not only in quality of food at a fair price, but in really relaxing theming. The space is well thought out and the decor/colors just invokes a feeling of peace. Behind the lounge is the bar area which is even more secluded. It looks like an inviting space to watch sports, etc. on the television(s).
