Aldea Reserve or Sunset Ridge???

We're looking at two villas to rent for our trip in March. One is in Aldea Reserve, one in Sunset Ridge. I'm not sure about the area because we usually stay onsite. We're going to be going to WDW mainly, eating offsite some, and that's about it. Any suggestions about the location (traffic, nearby eateries, shopping, etc.)??? TIA
