Can you consume the alcohol you purchase at White Caps while on the ship if you are departing from a European port? I ask because I think they allow young adults 18 and older to drink on board - with a signed waiver - if you depart out of a European port, right??...So, I thought maybe this rule would be different too.

As far as I know, any hard liquor purchased onboard (duty-free) is held until the end of the cruise, regardless of itinerary.
