Just wanted to share...this is not a complaint, but a tidbit to keep in mind.
On Monday night we dined at Raglan Road. Great restaurant, atmosphere and live band, BTW! I ordered 3 dirty ketel one dirty martinis (yeah, I had a rough day, you wanna make something of it?
) and when we got the bill, it was $40 for the 3 martinis!
The next night, I had 2 Ketel One dirties (not *as* rough of a day, LOL) at Flying Fish (second time dining there, that place is AWESOME) and they came to $14.50.
Sooo...at RR, they are $13.25 each, and at FF (which I consider more upscale) they are $7.25? That's a pretty huge difference!!!
Oh well, live and learn, right? Can't say I wouldn't order them at RR again, they are my favorite drink. Oh, at RR they did NOT have blue cheese stuffed olives, but at FF they did (making that martini worth MORE, not less) although I could tell the olives were purchased stuffed, not hand stuffed like some restaurants. The blue cheese was kind of dry inside the olive, whereas when they are hand stuffed, the cheese is more creamy.
