Alcohol Packages??

I've seen some posts about wine packages, etc.. that you can purchase for the cruise. Can anyone give me any information on this? Is it JUST wine or are there other packages that would include beer and/or hard alcohol? And, when/how do you purchase a package? Is this something you should be doing in advance? Or do you purchase it once on board? This is my first DCL cruise, in fact, its my first CRUISE, period...so I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed! Thanks!

There are two wine packages...a regular and a premium....you can see the wines listed at the link below for each package. It can be purchased in advance or onboard. There are also some beer and champagne mini packages you can buy in advance (also at the link below). In the link click the box for food & beverage.

There is also a refillable beer mug you can purchase though I don't have the info on that (just found it on the above link).

There are several different alcohol tasting seminars which also have a fee and can be signed up for during online check or at guest service (if there are spots left).

There are no mixed drink packages like some other cruise lines.
