Alcohol in AKL,WL,POLY CL?

Does anyone know what hours you can get wine or beer at the AKL,WL,or
POLY CL? I probably won't be able to take advantage of alot of the food offerings but I would really like to take advantage of some adult beverages at night.

At AKL, wine & beer were available 5-8 pm; cordials 8-10 pm.

At AKL last month we bought a bottle of wine at Mara and put it in the fridge and enjoyed a glass on the balcony every night. Of course there are the bars to enjoy your cocktail but we really liked chilling on the balcony at night.
