Alaska-Icy Strait Point Fishing?

Has anyone done a fishing charter in Icy Strait? I found one mention on-line that said Icy Strait was a better place to fish because there weren't as many people trying like in Ketchikan or Juneau. (but it was a pitch from a charter co.) Other than that, I can't seem to find any information on if this is a good place to fish or not?? If you have any info on the fishing in general there or can recommend a charter, I would appreciate it!

DCL also offers "Halibut Fishing ISO4." We are open to DCL or private charter. TIA!!!! We will be there in mid July.

Sorry no one has answered your question.i can’t answer your questions but here’s my 2 cents. DCL has only been to icy straight point 2 times with 7 more times coming up according to DCL blog. So finding someone here who has fished at icy straight point might be hard.
I heard icy straight point isn’t much. Won’t know to next year myself.
What I would do is fish here like your planning than you can enjoy the other ports that has a lot to do.
