Just booked my Alaska cruise this afternoon for August, 2014. I wanted an Oceanview stateroom to stay within my budget, I was assigned room 1060, deck 1. Two adults, no kids. Can anybody tell me about my room? Noise, location, anything. I figure, I probably will spend a minimum amount of time there so as long as its quiet at night, I'll be ok.
The room looks to be much larger than the inside stateroom I had aboard the Carnival Conquest but like I said, I plan on minimum time in the room.

in the red colored space above, select the STATEROOMS, and then ROOM REPORT you will then type in the room number and it will give you a couple of reports.

I'm seeing two different reports on this room. Does it have 2 small portholes or 1 large one? If anybody has any recent pictures of this room please contact me and I'll send you my email address.
