Alaska Cruise

Hi, we are still at the thinking of buying into DVC stage and my husband is very keen to know what else we can do with our points. Can anyone give me an idea how many points it costs to do an Alaskan cruise?

It is 166-217 points (depending on season) for the 1st 2 passengers, then add points for kids- around 55-68 points per kid (depending on age and season) I think the staterooms only take 4 people.

Another Marylander here who wants to do the Alaskan cruise. Does anyone know what kind of stateroom you get for the points on the DVC points chart- and can you pay higher points or pay cash for a balcony stateroom?

You get an outside stateroom with a window for the points. I think you can upgrade to a balcony room for about $500, but I am not 100% sure.
