So I booked my air travel with alaska air to DL a month ago and recently found out that I'm 6 months pregos. I realize that my ticket says "non-refundable" but does anyone know if this would be an exception to the rule??

When are you flying? I doubt there would be an exception at any point, but just MAYBE in the 9th month, but you'd probably need a letter from your doctor saying you shouldn't fly.
Flying in July so baby would be 3mo. I'm actually worried more of the germs she may be exposed to. Would a reschedule be a possibility instead of a refund??

That won't matter in the slightest unless she has trip insurance. My husband and I had tickets to go to Hawaii. His deployment ended up being extended. They don't care. Best you can do is cancel, keep the credit, and pay the exchange fee later.

No, pregnancy isn't an exception not to be charged a change ticket fee. Did you check Alaska's website; you aren't charged a fee if you change your flight more than 60 days out:
Same thing happened with my cousin. Found out last October that she was due around January. Surprise! Had the baby in February. She just thought age was catching up to her (she's still in her 30s silly girl) and that quitting her boot camp classes was causing weight gain.
It happens!
OP, people bring babies to Disney all the time. Wear the baby in a wrap or Ergo with the infant insert and do what you wish to do. Unless the baby is compromised medically in some way, being around people isn't necessarily a horrible thing.
