Alaska Air package anyone?

Our family booked a package through Alaska Air and their confirmation email says that you go with a "Personal Photo Identification at any Main Entrance Ticket Window to receive your tickets."

Has anyone been able to get the tickets mailed to them?

We have used Alaskia airlines three times, the first two we stayed at the DLH and got our tickets when we checked in, the last time we stayed off site and had to go to the ticket window, I was surprised there was a wait, about 15 mintues, but it went smooth. I don't think they will mail them.

The same thing happend when we booked through GetAwayToday.com and stayed off-site. We had no problem getting the tickets at the window. I believe I just needed photo id and the card that was used to pay for the tickets.
