Alamo's Hours at the Dolphin

Has anyone picked up a car at the Dolphin? We are staying at BW and I thought I could walk over to the Dolphin for a car that we needed for a partial day. When I tried to book online, a message came back that said the office was closed when I want to return the car. I hate returning a rental car when no one is there to check you in.

I've done this.

Alamo/National does indeed have shorter hours here than at the airport or at the CCC on WDW property.

I believe it opened at probably 8 AM, but then I'm pretty sure it closed at 4 PM. This was as of August 2004 when I used them.

But if you can swing those hours, this is really by far the most convenient place to rent one from. When you drop off, you just pull up to the valet area (tip the valet guy who will be parking it for you), grab your paperwork and head off to EPCOT, MGM or wherever.
