Alamo?

We have a reservation with Alamo in February. We usually rent from National and use EA. My question is I have printed out all the paperwork, but I do not have QS, can I just go to the desk out in the garage or do I have to stand in line in the terminal? Thanks for all help. Happy Holidays!!!

Without QS you get to stand in the line inteh termianl. The desk in the garage is for QS only.

I was in a similar situation, always used National EA.

You can email Alamo customer service, they may send you a code to use to sign up for QS for free. Then, check your ressie, and see if it books for the same price (or less) as you have now. If it does, re-book it using your QS number. If the price has gone up, after you get your QS number, contact customer service again, they should be able to book a new ressie at your original price by doing a manual override. Be sure to ask them to email you your confirmation...if they have to do an override, the ressie won't show up online at the website.
