Alamo Shuttle from anywhere?

We have schedule the pick up at 2:00 PM fom the CCC (alamo) on jan 28, but we will be at the MK that day. We need to put the car seat for one of our kids (30 month). We will travel with the car seat and left in the hotel.

I was thinking that my DH with the other kids go to pick up the car while I go to the hotel to pick up the car seat, then they go for me to the hotel (ASMo).
Do you think its a good idea or not?
Can we get the shuttle from the TCC o MK or they only go to the resorts?

You can definitely get picked up at the Ticket and Transportation Center (I have done that). There is a little circular driveway they use that is in front of the Kennel (of all places) at the TTC. You'll need to take the monorail or ferry from the Magic Kingdom and walk to the Kennel (not far). You need to specify that location when you call them for a pickup. You can also be picked up at any of the monorail hotels - it may be faster to walk to the Contemporary and get the shuttle there.

personally, i'd take one or all the kids back to the hotel w/me via disney transport and have dh meet me there... he'll need to do paperwork and stuff at the rental counter and that can be a pita if he has little ones to attend to, kwim?
