I booked our WDW trip via a travel agent (never again!), and I'm getting a Premium rental through Alamo. Per the Alamo website, it is comparable to a Pontiac Bonneville. Can anyone tell me what else they may have waiting for me? I hate surprises.

Could be anything. I reserved a Minivan back in December for our trip last week. When I got there (Disney's Car Care Center) they were totally over sold. I ended up with a Chevy Impala. There were a lot of very upset people. They were trying to give people that had larger cars reserved two compact cars for the same price. This was a problem for most of the people there as they were by themselves and could only drive one car. What a mess.

This is the second time I rented from Alamo and both times I had problems. The only reason I booked with them was because they were a few dollars cheaper than National. Next time, I'll pay the extra few bucks. Never had a problem with National.

you have a VERY LONG wait ahead of you the counter service is the absolute worst and the "other" service is closed alot of the time..budget issues I was told...look at national emerald aisle instead if the money is close I would go with this service every time

Thanks for the responses. I know about the wait. I'm looking more along the lines of what type of cars Alamo has in its Premium fleet in Orlando. Teh website says Pontiac Bonneville or similar. I'm just looking to see what 'or similar' is.

Thanks!
