Alamo Rent-A-Car Certificate

Has anyone used the Alamo dollars Alamo Rent-A-Car certificate? We got ours through Airmiles in Canada, valid for locations in the US. I was just wondering if I could use these to pay at the garage or do I have to use the main terminal counters. Thanks, Deb

If you make your reservation and specify the coupon code and the price quoted reflects the discount, I would expect that you present the coupon where you receive and sign the premade finished contract, which may be in the garage.

If you are supposed make the reservation without referring to the coupon and the clerk refigures the contract and rate on the spot when you arrive, I would think you would have to do it at the inside counter.
