Alamo & Priceline

I am going to Phoenix in a few weeks and used Priceline to get our rental car. Got a great rate ($20/day for full size) from Alamo but now am reading that people are not thrilled with Alamo, at least in MCO, bc the lines are long.

Does anyone know if you can do the online check-in if you've used Priceline? Or whether you can get them to code your reservation with your Quuicksilver #?

I have a bad feeling I am going to regret being cheap...

I've rented from Alamo at Sky Harbor in PHX at least 25 times and never had any problems. Never had more then four people in front of me in line.

Probably not.... Over on www.flyertalk.com there have been several posts about this. As far as I can tell no one has ever been successful in getting any of the rental car companies to put thier Priceline wins on their "frequent renter" programs to avoid the lines.

Nope, I've never been able to use a program like Quicksilver with Priceline either. But the long lines seem to be hit or miss...even though the Alamo line tends to be one of the longest at MCO, I've also gone there a couple of times with only a handful of people.
