Alamo prepay ?

I tried to use the Alamo pre-pay to see what my rate would be for a 10 minivan rental, driving from PA to FL, and I got an error message that prepay was not valid with this reservation. Has this happened to anyone else? I didn't have any other codes or coupons added, so it wasn't that. thanks!

I bet it's because it's a one way rental so the charges are an estimate. Are they charging you mileage? In that case they aren't going to do pre-pay.

It's a roundtrip rental. We are driving from PA to FL and then back again.
