Alamo online coupon & Q-silver question

Two questions: If I am using an online Alamo coupon, from their website, do I need to bring hard copy of the coupon? When I made the online ressie, I went to the alamo site, clicked on the online coupon ressie, then clicked the make ressie now link that was on the coupon itself. I know, long lazy-sounding question, but my printer isn't working??

Also, what are the benefits of using Q-silver at Alamo at MCO? Just a shorter Q-silver line inside, do you go to a Q-silver line in the garage, or can you just grab your car and drive out to the exit booth like with Emerald Club membership at National?

Can I use Q-silver with a coupon (for $$$ off, not upgrade).

Yes,, you will need the coupon. Benefits: QS line at the counter, the ability to check in in the garage at their booth or just pick the car and handle everything at the check out kiosk, like EC. Yes, you can use Q silver with $ off, and if you want to use the inside counter, you can use an upgrade coupon with QS.

One additional thing I have heard. If this is your first time using QS you will need to go the the QS line in the terminal. You will need to sign a form for signature verification and they may not be able to print that for you in the garage. Maybe someone else can confirm this as well???

This is exactly what we had to do. I believe only because we signed up and had not received our paperwork to sign at home so had to do it at the counter. The next time we rented, we went to the booth in the gargage. Both times we needed the coupon, and even going to the counter and the booth, you still have to stop by the kiosk. This is not as easy at being a National EA member, but you do get some priority service, either by using the QS line inside or the booth outside. However, keep in mind when we did use the booth, there was only one person working and we were the fist in line, but their were at least 4 folks waiting by the time we got done. We used Alamo for our Feb 07 and April 07 trips and it went well and the cars were fine and return checkin was the same as National's.

We did not have to do that. We proceeded directly to the garage.
