Alamo online check-in with Platinum package

I'm thinking of using online check-in for the first time. We've bought the premium package - but if we check-in online and go straight to the Alamo Lot, where do we pick up the child seat and sat nav? Could some kind soul talk me through the the procedure once we've arrived at MCO?

I'd like to know this too as we have the same package and was thinking of doing online checkin. Don't need the car seats but didn't know it included satnav!

Don't know specifically about the Platignum package but we did online check in for our Alamo rental booked as part of a Virgin Holidays package.
Once checked in you print out a barcode. At the Airport you go straight to the garage area, select the car you want (within the allocated category) and drive out. At the barrier you scan the barcode and the person in the booth gives you the sat nav, instructions etc. we didn't get a child seat but I guess they may have those in the booth too. The only problem is you leave the garage and you are on the freeway! It would be better to go the booth on foot, pick up you extras and fit them while the car is parked imho.

I to would also like more info on this... we have the platium package with virgin and I am wondering how we gonna get the car seat i require if thats the procedure rosie says...

dont fancy getting to booth for them to say we havnt to go inside.

This allows you to pay absolutely ALL charges in advance. It includes 3rd Party Liability Cover $1 million, LDW and UMP, plus all State Taxes, Airport Fees, Handling Fees, All Additional Drivers, a Full tank of Petrol and includes CFCs and HSFs. In addition to these, EXCLUSIVELY to Virgin it also includes Drivers Under 25 and FREE baby seats. If you require these additional extras then this is definitely the package for you.

i used it has we have 3 drivers and children that in my eyes require car seats
