Alamo online check in but airmiles coupons

We are heading out on Tuesday. We have a van booked through Alamo, are an Insider, and want to use on line check in. However, we see a note saying if you are using a coupon you can't. We are using two airmiles 'coupons'. They are already applied to the quote, we just have to turn them in when we 'check out'. Can we use the online check in with Airmiles coupons?
