Alamo on-line check in

Can you call Alamo to do on-line check in? i am one of the people having issues with the Code i used to book in September for a Nov rental. I confirmed with ALAMO that my res is still good. But when i click on on-line check in it says the coupon is no good. So i was just wondering if anyone had ever called to do on-line check in ond if they were able to do it. I guess i coudl just call myself and report back.

Hopefully you printed out your confirmation when you originally booked. sometimes you cannot check in online because you are using a coupon. You can try the kiosk when you get there, usually you do not have a problem. Worse case, you need to go to the counter, hopefully, with reservation confirmation in hand. They will honor the rate.
