We have reserved a Mini Van from Alamo for our May Disney vacation. My question is am I allowed to pick the van from either the Alamo or the National side as they are both owned by the same company. And if there happens to be a Toyota Sienna in that area am I allowed to take that type of van even if I reserved the lesser expensive van.
We usually rent from Alamo and are able to take a National car when the Alamos are all gone. As far as taking a Toyota for a regular mini-van, we were allowed to do that only when there were no regular mini-vans and then that had to be signed off by the attendant in the garage before we went to the window. Since they are different class rentals they probably won't let you take one unless both Alamo/National are out of regular mini-vans.
