Alamo intermediate SUV.

We rented a standard SUV with Alamo last August, and got a Jeep Grand Cherokee:

I am so jealous! I love the Jeep Grand Cherokee and would totally flip if I got one. Do you know if these are considered standard suv or did you just luck out?

I honestly have no idea. It was among the available vehicles in the standard SUV row, and that's what DH picked (he drives, so I let him choose the vehicle).

DH loved that Cherokee. It was fully loaded and very comfy . Has been yearning for one ever since we dropped it back off at the airport last August .

Great question is there a difference? I know the standard and intermediate cars are mixed, can someone answer that also?

I would love to know intermediate choices as well. I just checked the costco site that we originally booked an intermediate through and it list intermediate SUV then standard SUV Then fullsize, premium and specialty In the SUV categories. So unless Orlando doesn't have intermediate SUVs I am guess we will not be getting a standard. Too bad because a Jeep Grand Cherokee would be sweet !

One trip they didn't have any fullsize cars (that is what we booked) so they had us choose from an isle. We chose a Kia Sorento. I forget the label for the isle but I bet it was intermediate.

Just wondering if anyone has any word on this yet? I know a pp is going tomorrow, just wondering if anyone else has a recent experience.

We had an intermediate SUV last summer and it was a Ford Escape.

Edited to add: I think it was from Enterprise not Alamo

Just picked up our car, full size Camry. There were two mini vans in the full size aisle. For mid size suv it was mostly chevy captiva, a Nissan juke, and a jeep. Hope that helps!
